What is the difference between English Breakfast tea and Earl Grey tea?

Tea base:

Both english breakfast and earl grey have a black tea base.

Taste:

The black tea base makes the teas often taste bitter. The taste can be made milder when adding some sugar, honey for more sweetness or milk. English breakfast is usually drank with a splash of milk.

Differences:

Most of the Earl grey tea leave come from Italy

English breakfast is a combination of Assam tea, Ceylon and Kenyan teas.
